8.31 changes

arrow - increased target detection aoe, slightly faster
roulette - 75 mana, 1.75x last target
toss - damage increased to 75/150/225, increased grab aoe
epicenter - damage 30 -> 45
horn of doom - life bonus lowered to 100
troll - 20 more ms, 2 hp/sec base regen (other heroes 0.25)
fixed tp mode, level cap bug, some unused modes cleanup

new skills:
shrapnels - Creates shrapnel field at targeted location. Shrapnels keeps paralyzing units or buildings for 0.1 second and dealing 10/20/30 damage. Last 6 seconds.
tank - Summons a heavy armored tank that loads summoner inside. Provides great protection while sieging. Lasts 30 seconds.

rpg mode:
each level hero gets 1 extra stat point that can be redistribued by typing -str -agi -int

why do you want troll to be fucking imba asshole?
if you want him to be faster then most why not give him like 365 or 370ms with bos/moc/we instead of making him imba strong and fast..
i'd say you should give him 365ms with msitem and perhaps 1hp/sec instead of giving him free ror every game.
i'll ban troll every game for sure until you fix this.

i did quick fix to new spells

shrapnels - removed the stun on buildings, increased aoe
tank - can attack anything not just buildings, hero cannot be unloaded

arrow/troll slowed down

new skill:
electric fence (this replaces speed link, its ulti) - Puts pile into ground at targeted point. After 2 seconds another pile is automaticaly placed on hero position. Electric field is generated between those piles. Every unit coming close gets shocked and damaged for 25 damage every 1/4 second. Lasts 60 seconds.

toss - cooldown lowered
snowballs - increased cast range
space orc - instant attack
replaced butcher with manno
fence - lowered the shock to 0.1 sec from 1.5
arrow - bit lower detection aoe
thiefs hand - gives 33% chance target will drop random item
added int melee with hide - with extra 25 hp per sec night hp regen, 0 at day, fast but low hp :)

Not sure this is possible but it be nice to put a skill that gives you 1-2 extra slots so you can carry more items..Kinda like on world of warcraft when you get more or bigger bags.

lumberjack axe is really really annoying... that "plant tree" thing is horrible. plz remove just the plant tree thing or lower it to like 1%. just ruins game.

1) a horn of doom + dragon is bugged... when u use dragon he drops a duplicate horn on the ground.

2) I think that "commander" from version 3.76 ultimate should be inserted again.
maybe it should do 350 dmg and a 10% slow effect for 3 secs... should be a nice skill

dragon dropping horn
hero cannot use teleporters while planting fence
unloading hero from tank will result into death

item upgrades:
treads - 20% attack speed aura to player and units controlled by him
guise - +7 armor and unlimited charges of pipe
sword - purge ability
hammer - gives -3 armor reducing corruption attack

thiefs horn + halberd + bloodfury - costs 100 gold less
vamp aura - 15/30/45 -> 20/35/50

why unloading from tank will resualt in death? a hero inside a tank is a complete waste... tank has no items effect of hero on him.. this makes it a very bad skill tzieph...

The maths are just wrong...

bloodfury is already so cheap in TL... isnt it like 2.8K in original?
theif guise doesnt make sense... use to be 1.3k for ms and +5 armor in 1 slot
+7 + ms +(pipe armour 3?) for 1K?
even bos + armor costs more for more slots.

Big items are supposed to cost more b/c they take less slots

blind u need to upgrade guiss for the pipe effect...so its 1600....
and the item changes r nice give a bit change...blood fury tho shouldnt be lowered cost...and purge on sword is imba also...

nuclear bomb - damage increased to 100/150/200
shadowstep - cast range lowered to 650
inner fire - hp regen increased to 2/3.5/5
sniper +15 ms
hook/arrow - 70 mana, hook range slightly increased
tank - hp regen increased by 5
murloc - hp regen lowered to 15 but all the time, base hp +75

skills:
fauna - various summons, each level theres new type and extra abilities, read tooltip in game

tower puller - Allows to pull regular allied towers to hero position for 10 seconds. Cast range of 1500/5000/global. Cooldown 60/50/40 seconds.

dung beetle - Creates big piece of shit that starts rolling in targeted direction. Absorbs nearby allied or enemy nonhero units. Deals 100 damage + 15 damage for every absorbed unit to units and buildings in targeted area.

proximity mine - cooldown rescaled 35/25/15
fauna - centaur gains bash at lvl 3 (same as forest ogres), trolls made stronger damage/hp/regen
tank - hero can be uloaded/loaded without death, hp lowered by 200
tower pulling - increased to 15 seconds

Urn CD has to be less.
Thiefs hand has to stop stealing items, why bother pooling or sieging?
-ff should only be able to be used one time by one account.
invent a system like 'renguard' to ensure players are not using cheats/hacks.
Lizard has to change, it is like monouvreing an oil tanker.

grunt +3 base agility
dung beetle - now it moves without hero, +20 damage per unit
tower puller - global range all levels, cd 60/45/30 sec
spiderman - 10 sec cd
fauna - now its centaur/centaur+gryphon with thunderstorm/centaur+gryphon+trolls with searing
guardian angel - now its +100 armor for 10 seconds on all map, affects buildings too

new skills:
penetrate = Penetrates target, making him bleed and lose 80 hp over 4 seconds. Final cut deals 100/150/200 universal damage or instantly kills the target if its hp is below 15/20/25%.

skewer (reworked bull rush) = Rushes into targeted direction goring up to 4 random nearby units. Deals 70/140/210 universal damage to those units.

bears = Summons 1/2/3 bears that can switch between ranged form with fast movement and attack speed and melee siege form.

pulverize - added knockback effect
zeppelin (replaces runic burn) - summons flying dying zeppelin that drops fire (hero inside)
intelligence quotient - 30% chance to steal 1 intel point
dispel - now it adds sheeping ability after first cast
attract - aoe slightly increased
icile spike - it puts glacier near stunned unit, if he doesn't move 300 units away in next 4 seconds he gets bited
